Refund Policy
Our policy is designed to be fair to both our attendees and the symposium organizers.
01 General Overview
We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy ensures that we can manage symposium resources effectively while providing flexibility to our participants.
02 Cancellation Deadlines
Full Refund
Cancellations before May 15, 2026 receive 100% refund (minus $25 admin fee).
Partial Refund
Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of the paid fee.
No Refund
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are not eligible for refund.
03 Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration with another colleague from your institution at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event starts.
04 Symposium Cancellation
In the event of a full symposium cancellation by the organizers, all registered attendees will receive a 100% refund or the option to carry over their registration to the next event.
