Refund Policy

1. General Overview

We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our attendees and the symposium organizers who commit resources based on registration numbers.

2. Cancellation Deadlines

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the symposium start date (before May 15, 2026) are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $25 administrative fee.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the symposium start date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may substitute your registration with another colleague from your institution at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event starts.

4. Virtual Access

In the event of a full symposium cancellation by the organizers, all registered attendees will receive a 100% refund or the option to carry over their registration to the next scheduled event.
